Sædís Ósk Arnbjargardóttir

Hi I’m Sædís welcome to my page! I’m an Icelandic street + documentary photographer and artist who was born and raised up in Reykjavík.

Since I was 19 years old, I decided to focus on my passion in creating art and found myself specially in taking pictures. I seek my inspiration from the urban, colorful and capitalistic society and current events that affect my surroundings. My goal is to uplift my subjects, city landscapes as well as communities, while still being truthful and critical of the social structure we live in.

In 2021 I moved to Germany with my husband for studies and growth. Currently I’m working in the lab at a photography store.
